Surrounded by 6.5 hectares of forests, figs, pomegranate and olive trees, this restored hamlet is positioned just three kilometres from a small town, the property dates back over 500 years and it has recently been completely renovated: situated between Umbria and the Tuscan border, this estate will allow you to easily access the famous historical hill towns or the less touristy but no less beautiful, authentic towns situated locally. Firenze, Siena, Urbino and Rome are at distance between 1,5- and 2- hour drive whereas Assisi, Perugia and Montone can be reached by a short drive for a half day visit. The estate provides absolute peace: although it feels remote and private, the hamlet is within easy reach of the attractive Perugia and Assisi villages and offers unique vistas on the surrounding green hills of Umbria. The houses composing the hamlet are filled with light, rooms have beamed ceilings and windows overlooking the park with olive groves and pomegranate trees. The interior is airy and spacious and has been decorated in a classical style, featuring a chapel (not sacred) used as clubhouse for meetings, breakfasts, events.

The property can accommodate a maximum of 26 guests plus 4 in two extra bedrooms with no air conditioning (but they feature a bathroom each) and 13 + 2 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms (Lemon 2, Olives 2, Cottage 3, Cypress 4, Genisteae 3, 1 in the common area of the chapel).

This property includes a regular tennis court, available for guests, in Har-Tru. The tennis court is rectangular in shape, circa 23.77 m long and 8.23 m wide and it’s not illuminated at night. In case one wants to train, there is a nice practice tennis court as well at guests’ disposal. Kindly note that two nearby houses have the right to share the tennis court, but the local reservation system is well-regulated, and guests can be confident their playing times requirements will be met. Tennis racquets and balls are available for guests use and are stored in the old chapel.
