This Forte dei Marmi luxury villa is located at a walking distance from the beach. The property is developed on four levels features bright interiors and a chic atmosphere. On the ground floor, one finds the living room, the kitchen and one bathroom. Flooded with light, the large living room has beautiful windows overlooking the garden and is furnished with elegant sofas, armchairs, rich curtains and pieces of contemporary art. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwaves, dishwasher, two fridges and cooking utensils – the washing machine is located in the laundry. Like a piece of art in the middle of the living, a stylish spiral staircase connects the floors of the property. The well-illuminated basement consists of a wide living room, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a big gym and a sauna. Characterised by round windows, the living room of the basement features a very long sofa with cushions and a TV corner.

The two double bedrooms with bathrooms are very pleasant (although one is of an inferior standard) and next to them is the spacious private gym, equipped with exercise bike, bench and weights, and different machines for exercise. The sauna completes this floor with its Turkish bath. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and a ravishing terrace surrounding the villa. On the second floor is an enchanting double bedroom with mansard roof and bathroom. The villa features a rich garden with lavender bushes, palm, olive and lemon trees. The outdoor dining area is located in front of the living room, with a glass table up to 8 people under the shade of a pergola. On the other side of the property is the swimming pool, equipped with sun beds and a large parasol. Next to the pool is a pleasant lawn ideal for drinking a glass of Italian wine at sunset.
