Built on a hill of olive trees and vineyard overlooking the valley that connects Florence to Lucca, the villa has retained its original architectural beauty and grandiosity. All the rooms are decorated with antique furniture and paintings, venetian glass chandeliers and persian carpets, while all the bathrooms have been recently renewed. Guests will be able to reside in such a unique and truly special atmosphere while enjoying the enchanting Italian garden, the beautiful park, the numerous bedrooms and the large swimming pool. The property can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children or teenagers divided in 4 master double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom (kids and/or staff use), 9 bathrooms in total Hidden away, yet very close to Lucca walled city center, or Florence this estate offers six bedrooms for a maximum occupancy of eight adults and four children. The Villa was built almost 500 years ago and, despite the continuous renovations and comforts that it features nowadays, it displays all its original themed decorations, making the villa very unique – the billiard room, in front of the original Renaissance sacred Chapel, the Hunting room, or the Armors corridor, with impressive iron decorations, are just a few examples. Although during spring and summer guests love to enjoy the majority of their snacks or proper meals outside in the garden alfresco or by the pool, the castle features an impressive dining room with a wooden table and royal chairs.
The castle is decorated in classic style with white walls, pietra serena and Italian wood, the style encompasses traditional elements and prestigious Arazzi and furniture, worth The villa is fourty minutes by car from the international airports of Florence and Pisa and ten minutes from the railway station of Montecatini Terme (trains to Florence and Pisa leave every hour). Particularly recommended for Golf and SPA lovers, the house guarantees privacy and tranquillity, even if it’s close to any sort of modern commodity.

The main Living Room is located on the first floor and it’s a masterpiece of art and decoration, in over 150 square meters of space, featuring sofas, beautiful statues, paintings and an impressive original Fireplace, other than a wooden model of one of the most known churches in Rome, where the noble family owning the Villa comes from. There are two smaller living rooms, often used as TV rooms, also located on the first floor. The extension of the Wi-Fi is indoor throughout all the rooms and common areas, and outdoor is available at the swimming pool; 220 Volts; Exposition that allows sight of Sunset.
Library. Located on the first floor, right after the main living room, there is an original library room, with books from the past centuries, and renaissance or rococo decorations: some of the books can be consulted by our guests and are displayed on the central wooden golden table.
Dining. Although during spring and summer guests love to enjoy the majority of their snacks or proper meals outside in the garden “alfresco”, or by the pool, the Villa features an impressive dining room, seating up to 20, in front of an original fireplace, with a wooden table and royal chairs. All the precious table clothings, silver cutleries and fine porcelains come from the private collection of the Prince family and it’s used for guests.
