Today you’ll be welcomed in a lovely place on Monterosso, one of the Cinque Terre villages with an amazing panoramic terrace.

There, you will have a private cooking class where you will learn the secrets of traditional Ligurian recipes based on fresh, local ingredients: the frisceau, fried balls of dough and vegetables, the hand-made pasta with the traditional pesto or the traditional focaccia. At the end of your private cooking class you’ll have the privilege of a lunch completely prepared by you. A good Cinque Terre wine will accompany your lunch.
