In the heart of the region that spawned Saint Benedict and Saint Francis, just eight kilometres from the city of Todi, the tower is also a superb starting point for a visit to Umbria: Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Bevagna, Montefalco and Orvieto are all within 30/40 km, and it takes less than two hours to reach Rome and Florence by car or train.

The home design, approached with research in the estate technical and historical contexts, results in a contemporary result with stone floors, design wooden boards. The style encompasses traditional elements brought into the now with updated add-on’s for today’s lifestyles: starting from the open kitchen and modern décor, to the pool equipped with umbrellas and deck loungers. The ground floor is dedicated to entertaining, with a formal dining room and a perfectly furnished adjacent kitchenette. This floor, 120 Sq.Mt., accommodates 4 guests as it comprises two double bedrooms (one with French bed) and a colorful fully equipped floor kitchen.
The wide living room is made impressive by the double white sofa in front of the black Le Corbusier sofa. This graceful living room allows 12 guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful Serena stone fireplace. The two bathrooms are very original thanks to both the Stark furnishing and the mosaic covering stone of Orvieto. The first bathroom, the smallest, is equipped with a comfortable shower, the second bathroom boasts a double sink, a Jacuzzi and a Tatami shower for two people. Modern and soothing, this is a zen retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe.

Past the gate, a gravel path leads past the tower (circa 200 meters). The property offers two different bodies that make up a unique environment of relaxation and comfort. The tower, with its vista and small windows, the walls with exposed stone, its old oak staircase offers the atmosphere of the past with the maximum comfort of today and it’s dedicated to guests. The low building, instead, is where the staff is located.
