The one-level house affords views of the Cappelle Medicee and central Florence roads from almost every angle. The interiors include a spacious living room, a formal dining area, a eat-in well-equipped kitchen, an office and a master suite with a terrace overlooking the square of Aldobrandini. The Palazzo was considerably renovated in the eighteenth century, when it took on its present appearance and it consists of three floors. The owners are very involved in making guests feel at home, bringing the very best of Italian hospitality to an International, sophisticated crowd.

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a classic style with terracotta floors, 1800 boards and tailored upholstery. Vaulted ceilings lend an elegant feel to the interiors. Extremely comfortable, this is a city retreat full of light, abundant in space and with a welcoming vibe. From the front doors, guests enter a hallway decorated in the nineteenth century: worthy of note the wrought iron gates and, facing the stairway, a doorway engraved with the coat arms of the family. On the first floor, called ‘the noble floor’, decorated with precious wall paintings, the private home is today one of the largest apartments in Florence for private hire, and it’s perfect for families and for those with a taste for Art and a central location. The interior of the property measures 300 square meters and it can accommodate a total of 5 adults and 2 infants. It’s one of the few homes in the area with private parking for cars few metres away. Pets are not allowed at this property.
The kitchen has been completely restored in 2018 and features a new professional kitchen with oven, microwave oven, and double temperature professional fridge. It features all the professional tools for cooking, including professional pots and trays: hiring chefs won’t be a problem for us. The kitchen has spare tables to dine in as well as participating in tailor-made cooking courses: from homemade pasta to how to pair wine and food. Professional dishwashing and storage are also available.
